Is this too much rust for an 08? (Spent life in NY)

Seller is offering a great deal. Do you think some POR-15 will save it?

CarFax shows no accidents. Evidently it has beem sitting for a while. Owner states it was running when parked. No leaks.

The offer is a good amount below blue book (I know, I know, wrenching on this may be difficult, and I'll make sure the KDSS valves aren't stuck). I think it may be too good to pass up. Hard to tell if anything is hiding with only on picture from the seller.

Thanks for the comments. After additional research, it appears the lift, aux fuel tank and other goodies were subcontracted out to 4WP for installation. Based on that I think I have to pass. Happy to pass on the seller info if anyone else wants to purchase. Currently located at a dealer in Indiana.
