I have to give it to those fellers! If they could bottle their customer service philosophy, they could stop selling cars and get rich selling it.

Got my FJ62 back today from minor surgery. Greg, Rick and staff did a great job in getting it done "right, cheap and fast".

Is it the fact that I'm a member of UC, or do they just treat everyone like human beings?

Customer service is alive and beating well at RHT!
