Here’s my Delta setup.. very stout. The center console lid can definitely do some damaged to your digits if you’re not careful

@BillyGoatMTB I do have a switch inset that fits the round baja switch into the rectangular Landcruiser hole.

Red switch there it's for the chase (tail gater) light

This option is for the truly lazy... (me)

Is the panel on the rear of the console box by Delta? Haven't kept up with this thread.

Also, curious to know if anyone finds the straight side of the shifter console portion is in the way of legs?
I'm 6'6", so need a lot of leg room.

Yessiree, that is the 6x12 Accessory Plate.

I would say our console is slightly smaller than a stock one (barely, but still smaller), so you can test in your vehicle well enough probably. Not 100% sure how that plays out with RHD? Since no direct access to one of those.

Thanks for the detailed response.
My rig had no shifter console. Not all aussie variants did.

I like the look of your accessory plate 👍

I'm 6'5 and run both the shifter console and center console from Delta. No issue with leg contact. Also running Scheel-Manns, but I don't think that really changes seat offset, just ability to adjust fore and aft.

The only 2 things I would change (both minor) is I would flip flop the gauges and switch pro in my console to it's easier to reach the buttons on the SP and with Scheel Manns the console sticks out a long way in front of you when you're adjusted back in the seat. Not sure a "long" version of the console would be a seller though - Depends on how many people install the Scheel Manns and run them back I guess.

You bet! So you don't have the brackets that the shifter console bolts to either then, ya? Willing to post up a photo or two of that area?

Are you talking about the center console being longer? Or shifter?

I guess it could be tackled a few ways. Ultimately the center console feels like it sits high and forward when you're on SMs when they're adjusted to the back of their tracks. Perhaps that means the same center console, but with a longer shifter console to push the center console further back? Guess that would mean reengineering mounts for the center console too. (This is why I'm not an engineer).

Ya, that would end up being kind of a mess of work for the 3 or so people who would want it, unfortunately. With the SM seat in a stock-ish location, the SM armrest is basically same height as the console, but the rails do go down a 1/4" or so towards the back.

just gotta put those 6'5" arms to work!

Correct, no brackets on the transmission tunnel for shifter console.

There's not a lot to post pics of to be honest. Will try to remember when I'm back home in a couple of weeks.
Carpet is a single piece in the front that is continuous over the trans tunnel and across both foot wells.
Shifter boots cover the cut out in the carpet.

Certainly not much to look at, but a few angles of it would be great for documentation sake in this thread.

I'll keep it in mind for you

Quick question Dave, are the accessory panels on the inside of the box the same as the 6×12 panels you have listed separately?

much appreciated.

Yes, the hole pattern on the back of the console and both sides is the same (a 3x6" layout), so the same panel fits inside or outside, sides and back. The pics you see of holsters mounted inside are on the same panel you see the WeBoost on the outside with, etc. Is that what you're asking?

Yeah, like i said - minor stuff. I'm super happy with my setup, but anything that isn't custom made just for me is always going to be a 95% solution... And you don't see me going out to design and prototype (and spend $5k) to change the little things that would make up my last subjective 5%.

I think a lot of people forget that.

Although, that said... If you make a license plate holder I'm all in 😁. My ghetto version sucks.

Could be my favorite plate ever

@Delta VS how quick is shipping?
Any chance of getting a couple of 6x12 accessory plates to NC before Friday next week?
we have them in stock, whether they make it across the country in a week with this weather/shipping climate is another story...
