The side rails on these racks, they appear to pivot down (and lay flat?) once the upper locking pin is removed?

If they had a hatch portion over the sunroof (like the AO model) they would be perfect!

77 lbs with light bar. Most of the rack is extruded aluminium with the gutter mounts, light bar, and sides made of steel.

The orders will be standard: Rack ( 1.85 mts), Light bar, gas can holder. The only thing that will change is the height of the brackets, considering if you have original racks. Unfortunately I can not order special racks (larger), if I do that, everything changes: Delivery cost, boxes cost and time.

Once again thanks to the people that believed in me and in my word, that's trust and that's way you are the first to have your racks. Thank you!!

I put my rack on today and will take some pictures tomorrow. No problems assembling the rack. Did have one gutter mount that was problematic...but, all is well. I am happy with the rack and the wife actually likes it...win!

NO PAINT

No, we don't plan to paint it. If you paint the slats you will have to do it every time you put something heavy on the rack (if its moves). The slats are made out of aluminum.

2nd order status

I spoke with Inti and the second order should be ready next Wed 09-22-10. I'll post some pictures as soon as we have the racks with us.

In two weeks we will be ready to open the 3rd order, let me know who is in?
