Any update on the rack? In your email you mentioned that you should be receiving the first order either this past Saturday or today. Just wondering if you've received the rack yet. Curious to see if there were any issues receiving them.

Inti manufacture

We have a delay with the manufacturer INTI they gave us a deadline and didn't accomplished. Therefor we can not have them by the time we wanted.

As you know this is the first order I make and we are learning the process (timing, costs, procedures, etc). The racks are almost ready, we assume the next order should take aprox 1 month to be delivered, considering INTI is taking almost 3 weeks to manufacture them.

My cousin went today to the factory and took some pictures of the racks.

They should be ready "as INTI said" by this Thursday. As soon as they are ready, I'll post some pictures.

st Delivery ready to be packed

Today Friday 08/13/10 INTI gave us the first set of Racks to be delivered. Here are some pictures

By next week they should be ready to be delivered!!!!!!

Inti factory

The first pictures posted are at Inti. All their products are handcraft and they work by appointment, if you want a front and rear bumper, you have to leave your TCL at their place for at least 2 weeks. Every single work they do is custom made for your vehicle. (actually they have a waiting list of 3 months!!!)

The only product they make by now without your vehicle are the racks and depending of the mounting system.

The second set of pictures are from my cousin place. He will be working on the box packaging on monday.

I dream with my rack on my 80... Soon we will be working on the second order.

Yeah the "Facility" response was a joke.

How are they painting these racks? Ours came from Venezuela and was brush painted by hand. We recently overhauled it and powder coated it.

Just wondering.

They are using electrostatic painting.

About the Facility, don't worry. I was just wanted people know about Inti (every part is handcraft in that small facility).

Well, waiting patiently for my rack...and super excited. I opted to have mine sent directly to my casa in Memphis...if anyone is interested $1,120.00 to Memphis. Juan has been very responsive with everything thus far...can't wait to stick it on my truck!

Ready to deliver on Monday!!!

Here are some pictures I just got from Venezuela, the way we are packing the racks. They will be ready to go on Monday 08-23-10, so by Friday 08-27-10 we should have the racks at our places (the first order).

As soon as we get the racks delivered, we will open for the next order.

Well, waiting patiently for my rack...and super excited. I opted to have mine sent directly to my casa in Memphis...if anyone is interested $1,120.00 to Memphis. Juan has been very responsive with everything thus far...can't wait to stick it on my truck!
