I finally replaced the craptacular shocks the PO installed with some sweet Tokico's (thanks @beno). Not only is the truck riding better than ever, it seems taller. When we put on the new shocks we noticed that the springs were OME, but since applying winter weatherproofing, I can't tell if there's any other markings. Anyway, I attached a pic and for reference, the distance from the outer center of the wheel well to the ground is 36" and the distance from the center of the outer wheel well to the tire is about 3 inches. The truck's sitting on 285's. Thanks for your input!

Looks like stock height to me.

measure from the top of the wheel arch to the center of the wheel/hub. That will take tire size discrepancy out of the equation. If you search, someone has posted up what the "stock" measurement should be.

First glance, looks like stock height to me as well.

Stock height confirmed. Thanks!

Stock height is approx 20"ish from center hub to bottom of flare. All 4 corners.

I just measured and can confirm that it's stock height, thanks! For some reason, it seems taller. Not sure if new shocks would "lift" it as it's sitting on springs, but I can say that the old shocks were completely spent. I could compress them by just putting my weight on them and they didn't return.
