I'm not far from Ige and Pighead in Denver and have a '77 (almost) daily driver and a '69 in the garage with no running gear.

In ATX, there is Tucker's, mine (the parts one I have, which could be built still), and I have heard wind of another. called the fella but no reply. It's sat there for at least 5 years, so I doubt it would fire up. Of course, Texican in North Texas has at least 7 in various stages from what I recall.

Also, just my thought process, but to those of you that think there are a bunch out there. I think that some of us on here shouldnt count (the ones who own many, or hang with other cruiser guys) because for the most part only Toyota guys have them (In my experiences anyways) So in general we see, or know of most of the ones in our areas. .

not really. i've watched the colorado craigslist ads throughout the years and the pigs for sale are usually ones i don't know about. mountain towns in colorado are usually covered with cruisers, most of whom have never considered them anymore than reliable mountain transportation.

I know of 3 in Illinois. Gumby has one and I have two

one of the old wclc founding members still has at least one that's a driver. also, another early wclc member said my old 69 is still up and kicking in. it was also in so illinois.

redline is building this pig for a future in hell (ooops, chicago)

Wouldn't hell be Waukegan? :D

NO! sold the 40, was just not family friendly and did not fit my needs in it's current configuration. The 80 is the new all around family wagon/4x4. The 55 will the be the killer "cruise the coast and get ice cream" vehicle.

Good news! Glad you did not dump the Pig!

It's funny how I mention I never have seen 55 in san Diego and this morning I saw a green and white bobbed convertible headed north on 67. I got excited and my wife laughed at me.
I have seen the same one on Craigslist when look for parts to restore ours :) she's 1972 voodoo blue

At least four in Missoula, mine that's able to DD, another really clean one, a 69 in a shop's parking lot, and one rotting in an alleyway. Couple i've seen in Bozeman, one that sold in Helena recently, two that were for sale in Great Falls, ?
