How do you lock your front doors?

My doors will not lock if I push the lock down and shut the door. Nor will it lock if I push the lock down and hold the door handle button in. it also will not lock using the key.
The only way for me to lock the doors is by closing the front doors and opening the rear doors and pushing the lock down. Such a pain in the ass.

Hahaha.. sounds like it my friend. Mine is similar, although I can lock the door with my key when I leave. You may need a locksmith guy to take a look at it.

Highly recommend taking all the door guts out and giving them a good cleaning and lube job. They should work fine with the key to lock and unlock.

I don't even have the key to my doors. Since my DS window regulator is junk I close the door with the window down, push the lock down and slide the window up with my hand from the outside. I usually don't even lock it at all.

So, 99% of the time i leave it unlocked.

I have a similar issue.

everything about the doors (including the tailgate...the power window is neat, but troublesome) on the 55 is terrible, and detracts from the ownership experience
