The cons:
The valve stem seals are worn therefore causing the truck to burn oil (about a quart every 1000 miles). When the truck sits, oil leaks into the valves through the worn
seals. When you start it, oil burns off immediately. I have been daily driving it for the last 10,000 miles like this and have full confidence that it is fine and can wait to be cured. I have opinion's from local mechanics that agree. This is very common for these trucks. Besides this the front knuckles have just started to seep a little. These are the ONLY negatives about this truck.
Runs highway speeds at optimal temps of 185-190, eating no coolant.
