I won't advertise what is on or with me at any given time but I will say that you are not the only one who likes to be prepared. ;)

I'd say I'm fairly safe in here.. #1 since it's MUD... #2 cause I'm like the only member within a 250 mile radius that is "kindof" active on here. I KNOW I'm the only person in my little town that owns a non-little old lady driven FJ80. But yes, you are correct, I don't advertise what I carry to anyone personally.

total bullet magnet... There is also correlation that has shown the more bullet magnetized a vehicle is the more it attracts RPG's.

That looks like a death trap.

At any given moment I have at least 2 fixed blade knives, 2 folding knives, Leatherman tool, Rifle (Takedown Ruger 10/22), 1 (most likely 2) pistols. IF I have to leave my GHB in the car it's cable locked to the back seat bracket.

The Rifle and one of the pistols are in my GHB (Get Home Bag)... I'm not paranoid, I'm prepared.

Plus I live in a small town of about 15,000 people and it's not uncommon for me to cruise the dirt county roads and shoot rabbits and other varmints from the vehicle. Things would be different for me if I lived in a big metropolitan area.

Not sure about your state but shooting from a Rd here is Illegal and discharging a firearm from a vehicle is also illegal.
Not judging you for doing it, maybe just don't put it in print.

Where are Boston, DC, Chicago, LA, NY City, Seattle? I see a trend.

Thanks for the book link. My wife and I always get the up-to-date gun laws whenever we travel. We avoid states like Illinois and other grey states like the plague.

And my stance on the product is this:

Someone already spent the time and resources to find a solution. A solution that works. The last thing I'm going to do is compete against an existing product that works. I'm having a hard enough time figuring out how to make a buck doing what I'm doing ;)

I don't see why not. As a LEO I haven't had any problems. It's partially concealed but then again as a LEO it is different for me.

Might be different because you're a leo, but for a resident with a ccw in CA that might be iffy. Technically it still has to be "concealed"....glove box, center console is ok
So it might depend on what the definition of concealed is and if that holster meets it

Fair enough.

Thanks for doing what your doing!

I can see how is different for LEOs, I got my CCW but still I can’t be considered above the constitution. I always do my research when I travel through other states. Thank you for the information . Thank you for the info.

I personally don't see the need for a vehicle mount though I understand it. If I'm in the vehicle, it's mounted on me. My logic is when I travel by vehicle, the most dangerous thing I do is pull off and get out of my vehicle and go into a fuel station/convenience store. And when I pull up, I don't want to be fumbling and reholstering something on me to carry it to that environment. If you don't like your "human mount" system to sit with it for hours, get one you do like. Nearly all situations calling for immediate urgent defense from a vehicle also call for you to vacate said vehicle, and not be sitting in a fishbowl most defensive experts call a "death trap". I can't imagine the feeling of leaving something behind.

Speaking of human mounts, Santa gave me a Hill People chest pack for trail running and such that is tailor made for easy carry. Doesn't interfere with backpack straps, Camelbaks, seatbelts, you can ride a motorcycle or bike with it. Love it - superbly well thought out. This is for weekend everything-recreation carry - not everyday vehicle carry, though it's also great for that on an occasional basis.

is is legal to drive with a pistol like that?
Depends on the state, if you have a CCW or not, and the mood of the cop that pulls you over.

Delta makes a great lockable center console. It’s not the fastest to access, but is secure and concealed. If you need access to a firearm faster than opening a center console lid I’d suggest either moving or driving something with armor.
