I’ve seen a lot of cakes over the years but this one is way out of the box. The cake is cornbread, the icing is mashed potatoes with a gravy topping.

Finally had a free moment to assemble this thing and fire it up. This thing is idiot proof. Imagine a grill/smoker that is as easy to operate as a crockpot. After seasoning the grill itself I threw on some ribs.

Garlic Crusted Smoked Pork Loin turned out just a good as usual but the surprise of the smoke was the block of cream cheese. I don’t know who originally came up with the idea but it is absolutely amazing. Nothing fancy either, just sprinkle on your favorite rub and smoke at 180-235 for a few hours.

Pork tenderloin from Buccees stuffed with jalapeño and cream cheese
*smoked from 7:30 till 2pm on Low heat then kicked it up to achieve 160f

I’ve been experimenting with controlled substances lately, and I stumbled across some of the purest sh!t on the street this evening. Holy hell. I’m going to have to check into rehab in the morning.

Take a couple of bundles:

This is where we quadruple the profits. Cut your product with baking soda, cornmeal, flour, and anything else you have lying around

When that doesn’t do it for you any more, you can take it to the next level. If you take that same piece of Conecuh, and thin slice it like a veneer, you can wrap it around some pepperjack cheese. That **** will take you straight to outer fawking space son…
