5lb bone-in Boston butt in the slow cooker for 10 hours. I emptied the pantry into the crockpot - one chopped onion, jerk seasoning, montreal seasoning, red pepper, worchestershire, mustard, peach balsamic and apple cider vinegar. Came out great.

I’m a big fan of spicy noodles but the FireWok Sesame Shrimp from Nissin is ridiculous. Came with a packet of hot oil to send the heat over the top.

Cut? Details on the prep/cook?
A bit over 5 lbs boneless leg of Lamb from Costco a steal at $29.

Made a spice mix called Ras El Hanout and mixed with olive oil. Couldn’t find a premixed version around here so called around and found someone with a recipe. A ton of spices goes into it. Butterflied the leg and rubbed the spice mixture inside, rolled it up and tied it up and put it on a rotisserie. About 300 degrees for around an hour I think. MEATER probe told me when to pull it. Search Pitmaster X Lamb on YouTube.

Yogurt sauce was Greek yogurt raw/fresh garlic, lemon juice, salt and pepper, cilantro, and mint also from the same Pitmaster X video.

Pickled red onions following Sam the cooking guy’s recipe on YouTube. I swapped out half the apple cider vinegar for white and just did a little sprinkle of sugar to keep the sweetness down.

Went to Country Meatpackers butcher shop today and picked one of these up while I was there. It is homemade Mac & Cheese with spicy ground sausage and Rotel Tomatoes on the inside, then wrapped in thin sliced pork loin and then wrapped is bacon. Sous Vide @160* for 1.5hrs then browned on the top in the oven. This thing was awesome! I wish I would have picked up a few for the freezer. Oh and the sausage next to it is Black Pepper Cheddar and made in house.

What do you do when you leave the tri tip on the grill just a little too long? You turn it into a steak salad with sautéed mushrooms.
