The spiral sliced hams were super cheap at Kroger so I picked one up and threw it on the egg. Turned out pretty good. Next time I would try a unglazed ham and make my own.
 
I did a couple of really cheap, no name, non glazed and non presliced hams this year. They have way less tendency to dry out, and the cheap ones tend to have significantly more skin/fat left on them...even better for keeping them moist. You can make your own glaze too...I found several good recipes.
 
Friday night at the Kitty Palace.
The secret really is the Guinness brown gravy...Shepherd's pie. Kitty knocked this outta the park. Onur ate half this casserole dish.

Tried the Skottle out on the BGE tonight. I like the crisp the steel gave the sausage in Big Bend so I tried it.

Beautiful cook.

Afterwards I flipped it over and cooked it clean.
