Got 120lbs of lump today.....ready for next few months. Smoking meat is addictive to me. On search for a cast iron Wok. Cousin picked up a Lodge cheap and William Sonoma over holidays and it looks sweet.

That place is a bitch to find a parking spot. Good but Rudy's brisket/turkey potatoe and drink out the door for $11 is very hard to beat and easy yo get into. Lockhart's is like Hard 8.....$20 lunch. I have not been able to try Pecan Lodge but heard best in town but lunch only.

We have done the Pecan Lodge a couple of times....5 mins from the house. Yes, get there early as they run out quick and the line will SUCK.
ribs....soso but the brisket was top notch.
