A good tip for those that like a long cook.
Mustard is a perfect coating to keep rub on. Taste cooks off during the smoke and the vinegar helps tenderize the meat.
Last tip of the day, make sure the wife is cutting the grass while you are cooking and drinking beer. The beer taste a lot better this way.

Blackberry Farm recipe biscuits this morning; the dough is layered with butter and folded over multiple times sorta like a Baklava. These are the only non-cat-head-iron-skillet biscuits that we agree on in our house.
Grabbed some shrimp and red snapper in Biloxi today on the way home.
Threw the snapper on the egg at 350 with Apple Wood, raised grid skin down for about 20 min. These grills are the shiznit.
The new Sams in Madison has a BGE for $849 with stand and egg mate side attachments. The only thing you really need is a place setter for indirect cooking.
It was the first time I have seen the real BGE at SAMs. Seems like a good deal unless it is a slightly cheaper units built by the company for SAMs specifically. I know Walmart and SAMs gets some products like electronics made for them.

I have a hard time believing BGE made a lower level product under the same name. It's got to be the same.
