My guess is that this part of the bumper weighs about 35 pounds. Ended up with just about two sticks of tube left over so I used right at 140' of tube for the cage. I'm going to try to get the truck weighed next week and see where it stands.

Few more pics as she stands today. Bomar was a big help again this weekend. Thanks John! Got the winch mount done, painted, mounted and the winch installed:

Got the rear sill cleaned up and some cool LED stop/turn/tail lights installed along with more clean up of the wiring:

The tail lights just blink but they are nice and bright. Should be safe up there. Found them at our local farm supply (Atwoods) and thought they would work well. Like $15each.

It is a sweet rig and i can't wait to see it on the trails.

It is amazing how it has come together so quickly. Just glad to be of some help and a real learning experience also.
