Work has been crazy this week and I have been completely drained when I get home. Only thing I have done was to get the drivers seat mounted and the parts cut out to mount the passenger front seat. I'll finish that tonight and start back in on the front lift tomorrow. Bomar is going to come by so he'll shame me into some progress. Pics to follow....

Big thanks to Bomar for his help Friday evening and all day Saturday! Finally made some progress on Half ass:
1) Build and install 3.5" front lift spacers and longer shocks.
2) bolt Lenny's wheels back on and check the stance....not bad.
3) Notch and weld, repeat.....

That's all for now. Gotta do something about a skid plate, install the front locker(and go through the front end while I'm there), and find a winch for it. But for now....rest!

Think the rear locker is working but have not driven it much to check it out. Trans seems fine most of the time but once in a while it acts like it has lot fluid presseur for a second or two. I'm thinking a filter change may be in order.
As for taking it to Moab, I have to admit I have thought about it. I would have to make a couple good shake down runs to feel comfortable about it... Oh darn...
That's my old locker and was whisper quiet while in my truck. I know it was installed with a metric s*** on of heavy grease to help hold things together but it still seamed pretty clanky. Maybe the grease will work itself out, maybe it needs new springs or maybe the Mini Minion missed a step.
Jes, it's quiet as can be now. I suspect all that noise was due to the install grease and the springs/pins getting settled in. I think it's fine but have not had it in any kind of bind to check it out fully.
