I sold my 100 on here but now I’m back in the game…a bit late but here’s my 11’ GX460 I picked up this year. Have done some small upgrades. Want to lift it soon.View attachment 3511788

Oh interesting, did you add the Prado rocker covers or did the previous owner?

In other news, put my lift on today. About 6 hours total, about 1 hour of which was spent fighting a rear coil.

The lack of white stuff is a bummer.

Yeah, I added the Prado covers. Wanted it to look less mall crawley. Not sure if it was worth the cost to import 🤣. What tire size are you running? How much did you lift in the front vs rear? Looks great

Dobinsons IMS 2" front and rear. C59-302 front (comfort spring rate) and C59-327 rear (medium duty) springs. I have plans to add weight to the rear, so that's why it's sitting so high right now. Limited miles since alignment, so judgement is still out as to whether or not it's what I need, but I'm enjoying it so far.

Guess I should add a pic for proper thread participation. No upgrades yet, but getting a lift and wheels/tires early 2024. View attachment 3515960
I once looked as you do. 2013 Satin Cashmere Metallic. Slight changes really make these things look good.

We had our bone stock '22 out for its first beach trip in the 1.5 years since we bought it. I forgot how great these vehicles are in the sand.

I had some people recently in the rear of my new 2023 GX and they noticed some damage on the passenger seat rear foam panel. Im not sure how it happened, only transported a snowboard and some boxes with the rear seats down or if it could have been there from factory. The car is only a month old and about 500 miles on it, and im very careful with my cars.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix it or a part number I can use to search for this part on ebay? (car is a 2023 Luxury trim)

Does anyone know of any junkyards in Los Angeles area I can go check out and see if they have GX cars that are being parted out?

A good upholstery shop will fix that right up. Just let a pro fix it. I doubt it costs that much.

I went up to Calveras County to settle a bet over who's frog jumps the farthest. Old Dan'l Webster showed them all what's up.

Afterwards, I took my daughter up Carson Pass to do some sledding.

Lastly, we rounded out the trip with a New Year's Feast, fit for for a king.

Good times were had by all, except maybe my Texan wife who still can't enjoy snow. But she liked all the little gold-country towns, and the Sonic Limeades, so there was something for everyone. Hopefully 2024 has a lot of adventures in store for us.

Ordered a prinsu pro rack on black Friday, and it showed up in a couple days after Christmas.

Install went very smooth and overall it was pretty easy but did take an extra set of hands to lift it up above the roof and walk it into place from behind. All of my gripes with the original model are fixed. The new shape is a little different and visually heavier than the non pro rack.

Is that rack bronze or black with the sun hitting it? In any case, looks great with that Nori green!
