Most dealers probably fill all 3 with bulk 75W90 from a big barrel. It's interesting to read over in the 200 series forums how some folks will tie themselves up in knots over TC fluid, despite the fact that the 200 has a massively-oversized T-case that rarely has issues :).

I personally like Mobil Delvac 75W90 as it's full-synthetic but lacks a limited slip additive (one of the few fluids readily available in the US that checks those boxes). It's very quiet in my T-case, although I've also ran basic Valvoline 80W90 conventional in it. The Delvac is $13/quart on Summit Racing.

Awesome, when I find my brand I’ll let y’all know. It’s a pain to run these different fluids, so if one works, then one it’ll be.

Does anyone just run the same fluid in their TC, rear and front diffs?

Me. I’ve run 75w90 in all 3 for about 4 years now, with no issues. I change all 3 every 25-30k miles.

Same. Just changed all mine out with Valvoline 75w90 using the lovely new squeezy bags.....great invention those things.

And if I click “by again” from my previous order it just shoots to the top of the page. The other products I bought that aren’t shown in this photo do go to the that product when clicked.View attachment 4136101
o_OAnd I thought European exotics were expensive to maintain!

Bags are nice, but a Motive Power fill is really nice :). I change my diffs yearly due to stream crossings. The TC fluid usually looks perfect after 2+ years so it gets changed less frequently.

Never thought of that. I have one of those on the shelf lol.
It's super slow with 85W140 conventional (what ECGS requires for my aftermarket gears), but very quick with things like transmission fluid. It would probably be decently fast with 75W90 synthetic.

I might roll with Fleetrite. I can get it for about $270 for 5 gallons before taxes.

That's a pretty good deal and cheaper than most any other lubricant, the fact that it is synthetic is certainly a bonus. Looks like an HD truck oil much like Delvac is - so it's probably totally fine in a low-stress application like a GX. Five gallons will last you for at least a couple of changes :).

What’s nice is I can buy it at work and still buy the gallons and quarts as well. I don’t have to buy the 5 gallons, but I like to be prepared for my fluid changes. It’s for HD applications, and is also the “Fuel Efficiency” formula.

Did a number on my fuel tank skid plate. Had me worried driving through all that water. Time to try and flatten it back out.View attachment 4137387View attachment 4137388View attachment 4137389
Hope you have a big fricken hammer!
Or lay it on your driveway, bottom down, lay some short 2x4's on top of the buckled part, so it's just above the edges of the skid plate, and drive up on the 2x4 blocks and see if the weight of your vehicle may help bring it back into shape. Just an thought...

Yeah, that’s what I’m working on. I might bring it in to work and just use a fork lift to drive on it, or the forks to crush it back in place. I’ve used forklifts in the past on bent metal. The tires are small and it’s heavy, works pretty well.

Mine is equally destroyed. I'll be upgrading it with a RCI 1/4" aluminum skid this summer.

No bueno. I even got on my rock slider and rocked the truck back and forth. I’ll just have to flatten it Monday.

I can’t wait to get some steel skids…. And a lift… and a bumper….and a winch…🤣
You gotta be like Ralphy in Christmas story and start putting hints in your wife's magazine!

Every time I mention the winch to my wife, she says “You already have a wench!”
