So I got light heat exhaustion yesterday and I am acclimated to the temp and to the altitude.

We went through 4 nalogen bottles of water and probably could have uses 2 more.

My roto-pax water solution will be ready for the next trail runs taking us to 5 gallons of water.

That's why that 5 gal jerry can in the back, next to the spare tire is a water can. Never have too much water.

Yep. I am probably going to buy another smaller one to keep in the car with distilled water in since its good for coolant use.

My temp gauge went over to 3/4 while we were ascending Moody Hill

When I purchased these Scepter 5 gal cans, specifically for water, I washed them out with bleach first and I only put in distilled water so I never have to worry about the water tasting nasty if it's been there too long.
And as you mentioned, the distilled is good for coolant in a pinch.

I accidentally squirted a bit too much soap into my 5 gallon rotopax and had a really awkward time getting it out in my tiny ass kitchen sink.

The primary use for the rotopax will be hand washing and animal water. I think a scepter is the right idea for drinking water and that can live inside. I have some flexibility since I mounted the compressor in the engine bay.

Here's a photo I pulled from my build thread showing how I have a gravity feed for the jerry can. It's not a great photo, but you can see the line coming out from the bottom of the jerry can on the right of the license plate, and droop over to the left side of the license plate to a ball valve that's attached to jerry can carrier.
The two small bottles that are zipped tied to the jerry can carriers, left one is alcohol wipe and the other one on the right is soft soap that I always keep back there as a wash station.
Just turn the knob to flow the water, squirt some soap on your hand and wash away all that ice cream from the cone that melted on your hand, or the burrito that squished out the back.

I like the soap and sanitizer mounting as well. I am considering getting a second half ladder to hold more stuff if I need to. My second row is just for the dogs. I have it pulled forward sbd ny traction boards stashed back there.
