Some front carpet should help with the road noise on the drive up :grinpimp: unfortunately I'm flat out of money so I couldn't put more dynomat/ serious deadening stuff in at this time (there's a bunch on the passenger footwell and cargo area). So I just took all the extra carpet that got snipped and shoved it underneath, along with the floor mats I stole out of Dominick's 80 :hillbilly: Better then nothing right?

Speaking of Dominick, is he going to GSMTR?

Those triple sticks are sexy looking!

I had told Dennis that I would meet him Monday morning at the Pilot station SR326 Hardrock exit Ocala around 7AM. I'll PM everyone my phone new number, When I retired from the company, they wanted their cell phone back.

Getting closer, rear bumper is done, transfer case shifters are the last real big thing now.

Steve do you have a spare 60 front wheel hub you don't mind toting along? Preferably with decent wheel bearings and studs?

Matt, I will look. I know I have the locking mechanism assy.

Bill, I do have a diff carrier, center pin, side & spider gears. I have them laid out to bring.

I'm getting allot done. Just about all the bugs worked out except steering ram and steering hoses started leaking yesterday. Made up new hoses and took ram to hydraulic shop. Piston shaft is bent. Too late to order a new one. Hyd shop will make a new shaft. I'm determined to have a leak free vehicle.

Thanks Steve.

You could have a new ram shipped to Windrock if they can't fix what you have, but can appreciate wanting it done right sooner than later. I misplaced my top last year and ordered one from SOR two day shipping to the front desk - paid thru the nose for that mistake, but it rained so was worth it.

Excited to get up there - wish there was more chatter, been too long since I've gotten to go wheel.

I'm good on the Aisin I THINK, I know I broke a dial a few trips ago, I think I have a body and gears in the spare box. That's a good assembly to bring though probably applicable to 90% of trucks there. Bummer on the Ram, you'll knock it out though!

Ram rebuilt and installed. All the steering issues resolved. No mechanical issues. Drove it around the neighborhood for about 30 min this morning. It ran cool and did everything it's supposed to do :D. Now on to packing, getting parts, tools ready, truck, trailer ready, etc.

Awesome about everything! Got my triple sticks working last night, now I'm REALLY stoked!

I'm still planning on leaving super early Sunday, going to be busy tomorrow...

Ray, Sorry you won't make it. There's always next year.
Bill, Hopefully your trip went well and you're enjoying the mountain air.

Matt, You are welcome to go up with the rest of us on Monday. Bigger highway support team. You'd be sitting up there Sunday evening almost by yourself.

I'm close to being ready. Rig loaded on trailer and ready

Thanks for the offer but I don't mind being lonely Sunday evening if it means I get an extra full day of wheeling on Monday...

Trucks finished and packed. Heading out at 3:30-4am.
