I'll be there (I drive a white FJ60) on Thursday of that week...heading home Sunday.

- Brian

I'm going to try hard to make it .. we'll see if it actually happens though

I have a lot of work to do before then

Will be good to see you. Just logging in here for the first time in months to see if anyone had posted up.

Plan to be there Monday, camping for a few days, then have a cabin tentatively reserved for Wednesday - Saturday night.

Plan to wheel more first few days, less as week wears on and just kick back and relax, unless my preferred trails don't get too crowded.

Bill.

We really should plan a sort of old FLCA reunion, whether it be a group ride, or just an afternoon of beers around the fire. Between having to rush home early last year and amount of time spent on trails - I didn't make much time to get over and catch up with folks.

Been working hard every day to put my truck together to make it. Had a setback though. Got it running only to find out the engine I had bought only had 25 PSI oil pressure. Pulled it out and tore it down yesterday to find two cam bearings completely backed out of their bores. It's iffy that I'll have anything ready to drive on the trails. On the bright side I recently retired from my job and have lots of time.

You have time to get the brown 60 ready!! Plus I really want to do a 60 ride with @GLTHFJ60 @Bama4door and @bluehawk

Knowing your skills, there's no reason why the mini won't be ready by then. Worst case, you've got the tow rig now, lighten up the 60 and trailer it up (lord knows it needs to go on a diet).

Hey Luis you got space on your trailer for a second rig? :D

Thanks for the advice and offers to help! Hard to put the 60 on a diet with a 900lb diesel in it. I might bring the 60 as a last resort. The diesel flat out tears up anything and everything behind it on a frequent and regular basis.

So far haven't been able to figure out why it's hard to shift gears. Plenty of movement with the slave cylinder, clutch doesn't have 3,000 miles on it. I'll try a new master and slave before I commit to pulling the tranny and changing the clutch again. Going to double down on the mini first for a while and see how much progress can be made.

It might be the "shifter seat" it's a blue bushing about 1" in diameter that's under the shifter. Or are you sure it's hydraulic/clutch related?

I wouldn't think so. Just 10K miles on an H55 bought new. Never know for sure, but acting like a clutch issue.

I bet you have an internal leak on the master
