We have cabin 12 & 13 from Thursday the 7th to Sunday the 10th. Basically three nights. Will hold about 18 people comfortably. This year GSMTR goes from Monday to Saturday with a lot of people leaving Sat. We usually stay till Sunday but remember Sunday is Mothers Day. Windrock is about 4 hrs from GVL 7-8 from Charleston. We most likely can reserve the cabin for wed night if we can get at least 7-8 people who plan on coming.

To stay in the cabin it's 100$ for each person. Our break even for the club is 13 people. After that the extra funds go toward food and drinks. The cabin is basically a large Duplex. Which means it will have a door we open that goes between them. Also means we have two kitchens and 4 bathrooms and a huge covered deck and plenty of parking. It's a really nice place. This will be our 3rd year in these cabins.

To officially save your spot you will need to paypal the club funds. Put in the notes what you're paying for.

Hey Jeremy, I've got the address and link, both of which should still be good. I am just waiting on the paypal password so I can handle the funds. I don't want to put the link out there quite yet cause I want to track it as soon as you post up you've paid. Our treasurer has a much more important task at hand as he and his wife are beginning a family so it may take me a few days to get it. But I promise as soon as I can get into the club paypal I'll post up the link and let y'all know. Thanks for the patience!
 
Sounds great! I'll paypal as soon as I can! Would like to stay Wed night as well if we can do that, if not I may just try to get a bunkhouse for wed nite like I did last year if one is available. If we can't get enough for wed nite, let me know and I'm more than willing to share a bunkhouse if someone wants. I'm still trying to figure out if anyone is riding with me, but so far it looks like it's just me!
 
I'll be in for a space for Wed night, also. As soon as the paypal is up, my $$ will be there.
 
I'll probably just load the 80 on Wednesday and head up first thing Thursday morning (after I have some coffee).
 
I agree...you won't want to wheel after driving for 8ish hours.
 
Jeremy! Wed-Sat or Sunday or bust!!!! We need to form the Convoy! Pretty sure David and I can meet up easily, then Jeremy in Summerfield? Greenseaman maybe meet us in Columbia? Anyone else from the coast???

Sounds good! I would much rather travel in a convoy if I can keep up with you speed demons!! Maybe I'll get a head start so y'all can catch up with me!!!LOL! Columbia sounds good!
 
Okay, but it'll have to be after work... I get off around 1:30, will that work for everyone? I can chip in on the sleeping quarters as well.

Edit: My truck doesn't go very fast... 70 is about it... Actually, I don't think David's goes much faster. Your FJ Cruiser might have to deal with the good fuel mileage, Matt!

I can do 80 all day long, but I don't even look at milage, I just get gas every time I stop.

The cabin rental is non refundable and we will not hold spots, this is first come first serve and I can't hold a spot when someone else has the cash in hand to pay for a spot. As you pay post up so I can check paypal and keep a running list.

Jeremy, last year Marshall, myself and Steve camped out Wednesday night for free, but that is up to y'all. Just wanted to throw that out there.


Also if you would like a UC tshirt or a OTMT t shirt from last year they are 12 bucks, so you can buy one and I'll have it a gsmtr. Just send me a pm if you decide to do that. Any questions let me know, thanks!

Nice. Thanks Chuck. It's going to be a couple weeks before I can throw my money in. I'm coming up either way, but the wife is having surgery at the end of the month (nothing life threatening), and it will determine what days I am there. Hopefully the cabin doesn't fill up. If it does, I will just roll my Thermarest out on the porch or in the back of the 80.

My tentative plan is to go up Wednesday morning and camp that night, then be there until Sunday morning, but we will see.
 
I'll have to wait a bit to pay too but I will be there on wed also, hopefully... If we can't get enough to get the cabin for wed nite i'll try to get a bunkhouse if there are any left and share with everyone.
