I will be there all week already asked off for it if you guys need any help with anything let me know

Same here; I should be there Monday afternoon at the latest. Should I try to bring my ladder again?

I think the park has one but if you have room it never hurts to have a back up.

Quick noobie question. I see that there's a cookout on Friday, and a Saturday meal ticket included in registration. Since I'll only be there from Friday (late) to Sunday, I'm on my own for breakfast on Sunday? Thanks

There are no "provided" breakfasts that I'm aware of. However, there will likely be some days that clubs sell breakfast at the main pavillion. That being said, Sunday is departure day for everyone and I'd say the only thing likely to happening anywhere, including the pavilion, is breakdown.

Registered. Thurs PM to Sun AM

Our club sold breakfast last year when Upstate ran the event, now that we are running the event, we do not have enough volunteers to do both. Any club that wants to do breakfast as a fund raiser for there club, please PM me.

Thanks

Roger,
You can count on me too for the week. I should finally be getting the BJ back this week. With new factory qtr panels and other sheet metal panels to eliminate rust damaged parts, I will probably be too chicken to wheel her this year. This should be a get-on-trail card for all STLCA members while I pony up to check-in desk.

Cary,
Looking forward to seeing you at GSMTR.

Registration says "$25/ea for additional guests". If that guest brings his 2 sons and all ride in my truck does that mean he pays $75 for all or do his kids fall into the "immediate family no charge" category? Maybe it would be better for him to just register as a driver with no truck for $65, then get t-shirt, food etc?

Your registration includes your family or 1 guest

We don't charge extra for kids.

My son is going with me so that's no charge. My friend also wants to go & bring his two boys. All will ride in my truck. So my question is how much should he pay?
Unless the "no charge for kids" excludes guests' kids, there shouldn't be a charge there. And unless you're bringing family other than that one friend, you're covered there by "registration includes family OR 1 guest". Appears to me you should be good to go with one registration.
I'm not a GSMTR coordinator though so that's just my $.02.
