GSMTR 2010 June 7-13

This site may earn a commission from merchant affiliate
links, including eBay, Amazon, Skimlinks, and others.

You can register online up until the week before the event. June 1st will be the cut-off, so that we can have driver packets prepped before the weekend. You can also register at the event, but no free raffle tickets will be given to those who register on site. We really encourage pre-registration, because it allows us to place accurate orders for shirts, stickers, meals in time for the event. We cannot guarantee all shirt sizes will be available if you register at the event.

Rick
Our ACT crew is meeting at my place Friday June 11 to load the trailer, we are hoping we will have everything set by Saturday morning and we would like to come up and see everyone Saturday afternoon and stay for the meal and Raffle. What is the best way for us to do that, we will not be riding ?

I hate to ask, but can you temporarily disable your AV software? I've not heard of this issue before. I've tested it running Avast, McAfee and OpenDNS and nothing seems out of the ordinary.

got your reg Larry. Thanks!

Rick, You are Johnny on the spot because the printer just finished with the receipt. Now to call on a bunk room.

FYI I normally come for the full week; but due to GSMTR being so late, Melissa has a conflict with tryouts for the fall soccer season so I will stay for the first two nights of her tryouts. If she does not have to be around for the third night, I hope to bring her. She has not missed a GSMTR in 11 years so it important to her. If we can swing that, I will be checking back with you.

Looking forward to ditching the office and hitting the road. ROAD TRIP

Look for dem Cajuns we gonna cook a Jambalaya Thursday night and we'll serve it till its gone ]

to my knowledge bunk rooms have sold out :(

If she makes it great, we can add her at the last minute.

Rick, Got email confirmation last night that I have bunk room reserved, so maybe I got the last one. If Melissa can make it, I will let you know to get everything square.

Thanks

I'm in Tennessee, Nashville, and am planning on going, earlier in the week for sure. I will have at least one riding in my truck. Looking forward to it!

Joel:cheers:

Hey Joel,

Looking forward to meeting you finally! I should be cruising up for a couple of days with David, I guess we will meet you and Alex up there
Do you know of any other cruisers from Nashville going?

Later
Dan

who registered this morning (Thursday) around 9:30? The registration form did not have a name filled in. It indicates a '77 FJ40 is coming and they are from Chickamauga, GA...but list themselves as STLCA member.
