Yep, I gots the AFS.
Doesn't work since my suspension lift 5 years ago. Dang AFS light just stays on. Don't even notice it any more.

What code(s) are you pulling with OBD Link?

Need to connect to Network E

Just plug 'n play? Pull out the factory and plug these in?
I've never messed with the GX headlights, or any of the lights yet.
It is if you have halogens. I don't have HIDs.

Still cannot get my notebook to work with either tech stream version that came with my cable with either Windows 10 or a 32-bit Windows 7 on a VM. I am at a loss on what to do.

On another note. Even with zero ABS and traction control due to the error code issue my GX and it's General Grabber AT/X tires are amazing in the winter stuff. While out and about well off the roadway I stopped for a pic. Yes my iPhone 8 has an ancient camera, but my goodness what a nice view.

Do you have a friend/neighbor with a Toyota, within a 10 or so years old to try your TechStream on?

Closest is a '22 (or '23) Tundra. :(

As I expected, left rear wheel speed sensor is what we think. I doubt it's the stability control ECU.

Cleared the code but immediately came back on so I'll be having that replaced along with the idler pulley. Next up after that are finally getting to changing out my original factory spark plugs and as a preventative measure later in the year my water pump and thermostat.

192k.

It might be a harness as well. Moderator “Jacket” here on Mud had that on his ‘13

Did you also get a C1404 for the rear left speed sensor?

I reached back out to my mechanic and he did see that other code, I just didn't see or get a picture of it. I'm going to buy that left rear wheel speed sensor and have him replace it. That should hopefully solve the issue. Thankfully the ABS wiring harness isn't that expensive so that'll be next. Saving the skid control ECU for last for obvious reasons...

Time to go hunt for the right part number.

Took the family to the pizza joint in town and saw Periwinkle sitting proudly across the street. She was begging for a photo. It never gets old!

I still turn around to look at her frequently after I get out. I love my GX.

On another note I'm ready to put my F-sport grille back on. Starting to get annoyed at this garage alpha grille. I'm surprised it hasn't broken yet. Truthfully I want a Prado front end...

You know, shamefully still haven't decided on where. Any ideas? I'm going to use different paint depending on if it's interior or exterior.

Either left side of interior wood panel on dash, or exterior, above or below the GX460 label. Just my thoughts.

I was thinking on the passenger side wood trim above the glovebox on the interior. Wasn't sure if it was flat enough. Sanding those letters for paint is gonna be fun with my large clumbsy gorilla hands. Haha.

Any suggestions double stick tape? The VHB I have is kinda thick.

If you prime it with a thick coat of primer, it should fill all the micro layering (which should be hardly visible anyways) and you shouldn't need any sanding. Just wash it first in a little dish soap and let dry. 👍

I'm going to use Raptor liner to "paint" it so it'll hide those layers. :D Degrease, adhesion promoter, and then spray. Easy peasy. My concern is to find something as strong as VHB or close to it but low profile so it'll be as flush as possible to the surface.

Ok scratch my first post. Looking at replacing all the bushings soon, are all the GX460 year models/trims using the same part #'s? I'm seeing a few variations of the front and rear sway bar and I'm not sure which to get. Do we have a 20mm rear bar or another size? Cannot find the front bar size...
