Also, if there is no tiny hole for that tab.. just drill a hole for that instead of trying to rotate the washer. And like said before, I think that tiny tab is to take the pressure off of the bolt from twisting in the grab bar when you tighten it down. I was actually hoping there was a larger mounting point for that bar than a tiny bolt going through the dash padding. Now I'll feel better when someone decides to really grab/tug onto the bar, and it won't rip out of the dash

Although, it will probably be mid winter here when I get it. So I would recommend either heating the whole cab to install it or at least put a hair dryer on the dash as to not create a crack that runs, due to a cold plasticy dash and drilling into it.
