I'll have to go back and see who wants which type of the bar and which color, who paid first, and if there are no other items they want which I'm waiting for arrival (such as side-marker lense assemblies, clear lenses, etc...).

Now if I can only generate this kind of interest for my Safari turbo kit that I have put on sale. :rolleyes:

Anyway, I'll keep you guys posted.
I'm supposed to have them sometime tomorrow morning!

There was only one gray post-95 on the list?
 
Landtank - if you look closely at the label on the oak bar you can see where Mot had to put wite-out over my name :doh:

Yours will be the one without wite-out on the label :D

I'll post pics when mine is installed.

Since you're ordering parts, is there any chance you can order and send this part to me ? I'd need a price to include all charges including delivery door to door via Federal Express or like service. Absolutely no Mail please. The Post Office here loses much and damages the rest.

Here, I've taken better pics and see if you think it'll be a problem.

There's a directional "tab"? like things on there.

IF I had to guess, it's there to give the bar better vertial-force protection, when the passenger pulls down on it to get in/out.

Since Navid did not address any issues with his, I'm hoping that it will not cause any problems during/after the installation.

Anyway, I've got most of your $$.:flipoff2:

Let me know what you guys think. :confused:

I'm way ahead of you, already started the install proceedure.


1. Remove 2 screws along long lower egde of glove box and remove glove box.

2. Adorn facemask

3. ........
 
I haven't paid any attention to this thread at all...until now...


Mot -- if you have someone back out of a 97 oak grab bar, let me know -- I'll take it off your hands.
