Sorry about that post MOT, it was from a late night drunk who thought that you thought I got a bar and my money was refunded to someone else. I don't think you are ripping me off but just the opposite, you're trying too hard to save the money. The shipping thing seems to be a big concern, not that I understand it at all, but if 5,10 or 15 dollars is going to make your life easier than let me know, that's not a deal breaker by any stretch.

You (guys) have my word that I will send them out as soon as I get them though. I am just going to bubble-wrap them in a plain cardboard box, so you'll have to put your own decorative wrapping paper on them.

OK, according to "Jdan" the bars "should be" arriving at my place tomorrow.
I've filled out most of your airway bills in anticipation for shipping them out tomorrow (if they get here before the post office close). I will get you the tracking info. once I get them out, but many of you have failed to give me your phone numbers.
SO, even if you (think you) have already, could you PM me your phone numbers? semlin, I'll work on revising your total with the OEM(?) side marker assemblies (it might just bump you up to the next weight class $4+).
Also, sorry ParadiseCruiser for not getting back to you concerning the shipping method. I'll work on that and get back to you.

I have just confirmed (received e-mail) from Jdan that the stuff have been sent to my place and I shall receive them sometime tomorrow morning (unless it comes while I'm taking my kid to kindergarten ;p ).

I DID receive the bars (and other stuff) today and spent all afternoon working on it (the box I had ordered was a tad too big and I had to re-size it to make it fit better (Be warned as it does't look pretty ;p ).
I was able to get the bars for everyone who have paid out, EXCEPT "cruiser ken" (need your phone number still) and "tiorio" (did not realize you requested your bar and the hinges sent via slowboat. So yours will go out tomorrow! It's already packed and ready to go. Let me know if you changed your mind and want them shipped via air. )
As you might be able to see, to make sure that the nuts/washers got to you I taped them (1 pair) to where the Toyota part number is on all of the bars that I received today.
Also please, if at all possible, do NOT use a box cutter or a knife when opening as you may touch/cut the bar. If you do/must, then you can just knick(sp)/tap a small opening and just work your way through from there.
I do apologize for not posting this a little sooner, I had fallen asleep with my sons trying to put them to sleep.
I will try to PM you the tracking information in the jiffy.
Please excuse me if it is all business with only the necessary information (it's almost 2:30 in the morning here). But I just wanted to make sure that I did not let you down. ;p
Since it is not a breakable item (not very easily anyway) I am not too conerned about having any damages upon arrival. However, it carries insurance so IF your bar sustains any damage before getting to you, please contact the USPS AND let me know as well.
I would appreciate it very much if you can let me know when you get them and also post pic(s) of the final installation.
And lastly, I would like to express my thanks to all of you who have put enough faith in me for doing this. As with any of the stuff I offer, I am excited for you to receive the bars!

See the box(es) being too big/deep?
So I had to compress them so the weight would stay under 1kg (I did not want to charge additional/again) so I wouldn't have to fill them with news paper, etc... which would have caused the box (with the newer bars anyway) to tip the scale above the 1kg mark. (The pre-'95 bars look bigger than the post-'95, but for some reason, the latter is heavier.)
Sorry, I got too busy and I was on a mission after chopping the boxes, hence no pics.

If you know where he lives, maybe you can pretend to be him, standing on his porch on the day of delivery.
I can give you his tracking number after it gets sent, but it'll cost extra $$, but you'll also get the OEM ladder with the shipment, too, that ParadiseCruiser is after.

By the way, it usually takes a couple of days for shipments/tracking numbers to show up on their system, so don't worry too much if yours does not yield any data/info. yet.

Pair-o-dice isn't a huge town...I think someone might notice that I'm not a local...I...uh...don't necessarily "blend"
Plus...if I intercepted the order, I'd miss out on having a few brews with PC at the Sierra Nevada Brewery
