I would just go on line and buy the tuffy drink holders. I think CCOT stocks them.

I just spoke to the manufacturer - he will have 12 units ready for sale in mid-April. After that - it could be another 5 weeks.
Also, Iam still working out the mounting brackets... these first 12 unit's might not have a bracket included. But you can always use the Tuffy bracket - it works great.

Mark, it is great to have a center console designed for the 40 Series available. And this one shows a lot of really nice features: the gas strut, hidden drawer, etc.

One idea you might consider is a simple latch that will keep the lid closed but does not require entering the lock code (for trail runs, etc.)

Looks like a well thought out product.
This may be a silly question, but why an inverter?
Would a fuse box work for your purposes?

With the gas strut, the lid will stay closed with out rotating the lock and locking it. Also, if you don't scroll the numbers, it will turn and open close with out being locked - just like a latch! ;)
