I ended up replacing the rubber lines on my power steering pump and swaping the power steering fluid with atf. the po put just regular power steering fluid in and i made the mistake of adding more to it. after i filled it up and read the label on the cup ATF. All I have to do today is tune the carb some and set the timing once I get to camp.

R U still in K.C.? I thought you left yesterday! if you are get on the road you don't want to be late:)

we pulled out at 2:30 yesterday afternoon. I have driven about 800 miles so far. we are getting ready to go eat breakfast and finish the trip. We drove across most of the rockies in the dark and i know we missed some scenery.

The first day we went on Fins and Things. It was a fun little trail with nothing too hard on it.

Friday was Posion Spider Mesa. This was a Great trail with plenty of obsticels. Half way thru the trail the carb started acting up and making it studder. After a cool down it was good to go. That night i wired the carb fan to a manual switch and kept it running for saturdays run.

We have more pictues from this run because my WIFE didnt' want to ride up some of the stuff.

Saturday we were on Hells Revenge. It stated out as a very bad day. As soon as we pulled out to head to the trail we had a rain storm come in and dumpped a bunch of rain on us but we kept going. We didn't try Hells Gate or Escalator because of the rain which bummed me out but i guess that means there is always next time.

Awesome pictures. I would of liked to be there this year.

Our 60's did awesome! After lots of hours and a 17 hour drive back today, I can't believe it went so fast. Trapper, great to meet you and congrats!

Here are some pics of mine. I took right at 500 pics, and will still sort through them.

My wagon sagged a lot in the rear. I will have to see what to do to get it back to a good height. I dragged that bumper that SROR built, all over the place, and the sliders/quarter protection saved my body from lots of damage.

Great stuff!

I will say that the hard work me and exrsa1 put in to our rigs over the past couple of months really payed off. I think our best mod was 2wd low. we could leave the front hubs locked in with the aussies in and steer it with out having to fight the locked front end. The h55f 1st gear was awsome. I dont know if i would have done so good with out it. I will post some more pictures later this week.
