I guess the concensus is that stock Tundras CVs are plenty strong, but RCV will have a PN soon:

"I am sorry to say we don't currently offer support for any Toyota IFS. This is a platform that we are currently working on. I hope to have a answer for this platform sometime this spring. I have started a call list for potential buyers, if you would like me to add you to this please reply to this email with your phone number. I will give you a call once these have been tested and ready for sale.

Thanks for the inquiry.

Strongest Axles on the Planet!"

@kreiten , its not about the length, is how you use it, buddy.

Thanks Bjowett!

What is needed to add Tundra rotors at same time?

There's a whole bunch of parts required to do it properly.... I'll supply a list as soon as I have upgrade beyond them available.

Stock tundra axles are very strong. Never heard of a broken shaft. However boots can fail due to high cv angles. I contacted RCV about four years ago and they have not produced one yet.

As an Asian person, I have to believe in that mantra.

However, for those that have the length, hardly doubt they ever said to themselves "its too dang long!"

It's not displacement...it's RPMs, Red-lines & Superchargers. :)

are you both running same tire size? are the bixstein's longer?
Said he is running 35's I think? I'm rolling 34's(285/70 R18's), so there's half an inch!

Great looking truck! what did you run for brake lines in the front?
I just swapped the tundra stabilizer bar linkage on the passenger side. The tundra unit is a little smaller than the cruiser piece, but the angle works out better. I was getting a clunk in the right when suspension dropped.

Thanks, Marshall, Kurt, and Carl. Marshall you and your crew did a great job. The 450 mile shake down went flawless. Was cruising at 80mph towing my car trailer, smooth ride with very little vibration from the km2s. My wife loves the truck! For her DD!

My pleasure and glad to hear it is working nicely. I'm a big fan of the swap and the end result

I'm intrigued by this option. Couple of questions.

Where did you have to cut? Seems like it's in the rear?

You didn't mention extended bump stops. Assume you will need those?

I have RW wheels with the extended offset. Any sense on whether that will push too far out and create issues on the fenders?

When you said no issues with the KDSS, I'm assuming you did not install Slee's KDSS bracket and still didn't have any issues?

Thanks all, and Marshall, nice to see you working on 200's!

The front tires will rub on the back of the wheel well. with 34s all you have to do is trim the plastic mud flap. Not sure if you used the SPC uppper control arms if you could adjust the set up forward enough to avoid cutting more than plastic with 35s.
Stock wheels have 60mm offset, RWs have 50mm. the 10 mm helps clear the upper arms, without sticking the wheels outside the fenders. if you run a narrow tire! The added width of the Tundra arms helps clear the KDSS, no need for relocation brackets.

Picture of the ole girl at home. Job complete running 35 12.50 BFG km2 with no issues.

The 80 pictured has a 4 inch lift and 35 inch tires. My wife stated that she feels much safer now getting groceries! Hahaha

We have been using the Method 18 x 9 25 pos, which puts all 4 wheels on the same track, which is important here for the high speed dirt rutted roads, to stop wobbling around in the ruts.

Talking to Carl at JT's this week about his 200, the sums on Tundra vs 18 x 9 25 pos seem to be about the same over all outward to stop tyre rub on the lock 35s and we keep the mudflaps, but mod the inner behind the plastic to keep it looking factory.

But I do think on the 200 bigger is better !
