I would not call those "sliders." They are simply steps and will bend if the weight of the truck is put on them.

Yes these aren't 2nd gen, but id bet they would work with you. Several relevant bolt on options here.

You could always just have someone competent with a welder make you some bolt on brackets. I've seen it done before.
