I thought the culprit was leaky flange gaskets. After getting those replaced, the sound is still there. Any ideas?

did you check for leaks/crakcs on the exhaust pipes near flange? it sounds like its up under the shield somewhere echoing and giving it that flappy/ hollow sound.
get a stick and put it in your ear like a stethoscope and move the other end around each exhaust pipe and compare. a leak will stand out like a sore thumb.

Agree, sounds like an exhaust noise, something leaking.....
