yessir. already had the new Rad. water pump and thermostat were part of the engine rebuild.

I hope you put a new radiator in it and preferably a complete cooling system over haul. The head was warped for a reason.

Search on here for PHH aka pesky heater hose. It can cause major problems if it goes.

That is the one that has the control valve in it; above the valve cover on the firewall. Right? The control valve and hoses look new already. I have been going through and checking all of the hoses to see if any jump out as old and brittle.

I'd like to replace all of them to be safe. Particularly the heater/coolant lines and the trans oil cooler lines. They are the ines that can leave you stranded. A/C and power steering would be next I think. Then Vacuum lines.

If I am missing anything major in that group let me know

No, the phh is a short little hose coming off of the block below and to the right of the fuel filter.
