Turned out sexy!!!!!! Great job. I am so glad I paid for it built! I'll hit you up for the turn lights when I can find some time. Probably a good winter project... And how about that sexy black 4Runner in your first pic!!!! Lol

Very nice work, especially the turn signal details. That is a boat load of clearance.

Slight sidetrack--any problems with the Runva winch? I bought one of their cheap Albright's to experiment with.

Underdog, take notes :-)

And here's the finished pics!

Damn dude, nice work really, representing proper.
My new fabricator. When do you want to start Jose?
-luke

Thanks Luke! Means a lot coming from the guy that designed this thing. I have a feeling you'll start to sell a lot more of these now that lots of folks have seen it. And I don't think you want me working for you. Remember how long ago it was that I picked up the parts? I work way too slow :)

None whatsoever. I don't use the winch a lot, but the times that I have used it it's been fine. No complaints yet.

Just cause I gotta... I love boogers skills but I still think radiusing with a flap disk looks better for blending the welds in. Looks bad ass though man. Nice!

Yeah it can look better, but I think doing that is even harder than getting a sharp edge. To Booger's point, radiusing the corners can look very uneven, especially when painted black. At least the lighter colors hide the imperfections a bit. I did however take a palm sander to all the welds after grinding to help hide the waviness.

Yeah dude, fine job out on those ends w the 'grinding'. Looks rather wicked on what's normally a real conservative truck. Holy approach angle too!

Every time I look at my ac drier lines, they fail. I tried bending it like 5 degrees one time and it sheared the tube. Apparently I may have just been unlucky?

Thanks man, appreciate it! Just trying to learn from the best

Maybe they're too old and brittle?

I am getting pieces to move dryer up next to battery, as I too have no luck at bending a/c lines. Still looking for some parts, but will report back on how best to do it.
