Not a bad strategy, I sorta talked the misses out of our Cruiser as well. I just didn't think it would happen as soon as it did.

I should take some pointers from you guys. I had to bite the bullet and buy my own. My wife wouldn’t give hers up and didn’t want any mods.

This a fairy tale or a master mind at work. Need to change the title of the thread.

Got all the pieces put back together, need to do an alignment and figure out how to raise the back and inch or so. Drives really nice, can't wait to see how it does after alignment

So the wife didn't like how tucked in the wheels sat in the wheelwell. Well with Christmas just around the corner I ordered her up some 1 inch wheelspacers from Bora. Removal of front mudflaps and there is no rubbing, she really likes the look now.View attachment 1844207 View attachment 1844208 View attachment 1844209
Any thoughts/feedback on the spacers after a couple of years of use? I'm thinking about this mod as well. Thanks, and thanks for your service!

I had zero issues as far as reliability with the spacers. The issue I had was I could not fix scrub radius in the front. On sharp turns on asphalt I would get a wheel chirping. The tundra suspension has fixed this, I really like the wider stance, and the 3.0 ADS coilovers are phenomenal. Thanks to slee for recommending them
