Very interesting day. We all went to a place that we swear we will not go to again. Bumpy road just does not do that ride justice.
Snorkel Cam was there even without Phil, but he was there in spirit.
Claudia returned back to the scenic outlook from her past, too bad she didnt remember the road.

Only one break, that we know of...for the LandCruisers we also had a tire fail in a Range Rover.
That was the road from hell. Great veiw at the top, but painful getting there and back.

The '40 finally blew the seal that was mangled in Moab. Too tired to wrench tonight, so will be doing it in the morning, if we do any wheeling tomorrow, it will be an afternoon test drive.
oh, I knew what we were in for even before we went up: back in January of 1999, we were wheeling novices and went both in Michael's truck when it had just gotten the rear locker, and he was still on 32s - like I said today, in my memory of that day, the boulders were much larger
and I practically spotted every rock on the road on top for Michael 
we encountered an Isuzu Rodeo at the climb who wasn't able to make it - sold me on the expense of the locker 
so, I knew it would be bumpy
Well, we were warned... 
I thought we determined that we are not "Public"
Yup. I guess we shouldn't complain. I wonder if we could get the Forest Service to let us put up that sign on a few other roads that need it.Well, we were warned...
