Looking for a White motor company cabover truck. 1950's - 60's, the medium duty 3000 model. Just need the cab, don't really care about the rest of the truck. There is a dump truck version across from emigrant lake if anyone knows the people, I tried knocking on their door. Long story short, my great grandpa was vice president of white motors back in the 30's, my dad wants one to haul around his crap. I want to make one into a 4wd with a giant flatbed and a cummins. He's ready to buy now but all of a sudden the supply has dried up. I figure Kief has gotta know of one.

Went to pick up the heads for my kids Tacoma at the machine shop. The guy says, "check out how bad they're cracked!" s***! So now I'm looking for a whole 3.4 for the Tacoma or a set of heads. I'll give Charlie Cash a call but I thought I would throw it out there just in case anyone has something laying around. He outlined the cracks in marker, both are garbage.

I accidentally had a 2003 Tahoe z71 follow me home yesterday. Hit in the front corner, drivers air bag is the only one that went off. Front fender pushed back into the door but it never damaged the door. The entire outside is super nice other than that corner. Anyway, it's got 178k on the 5.3 with 25k on the transmission. Interior is leather and surprisingly nice. I bought it for $1500 and all I want are the tires off of it for my Tundra. It runs and drives great. For a couple hundred dollars in front end pieces you could have a great driver/beater wheeler or just use it as is and duct tape a headlight and blinker on one side. If I had something I wanted another LS in this would be a great donor. It is a salvage title.
