Now I’m really wanting a diesel 60… Can only afford one for $20k or less. Unfortunately, there ain’t a whole lot out there for that.
 
Find a gasser 60 with a blown engine and do a 1HZ conversion like I did on Crusty.
What kind of boost were you getting on the 1HZ?
 
@The Phoenician Mike, I did a conservative tune/install. It is boosting at 14.5 PSI. EGT's run usually around 800F. Peaks at 1000F when I punch it hard going up hill.

Edit: that was on my HZJ80. On Crusty, I think I was boosting up to 20 PSI.

Also, parting out a rusty 100 if anyone needs anything, doors, interior, etc….drivetrain is not available.

I’d be interested in a few things. Some are just to have backups if they are in decent shape

Steering wheel
AC parts. My fan/blower is clicking at all speeds so something needs to be replaced. Just haven’t narrowed it down yet.
Steering shaft/rack if in better condition than my 2000 original
Upper control arms/ball joints in good shape?
Headlights?
Fog light covers (mine are yellowed so don’t want those if the same condition)
