Hey thanks for posting this @Ramathorn15 ! White isn't exactly my first color choice and I'd rather a LC than an LX, but it may beat driving to AZ/CA/NV this week. The wagon will be sold tomorrow AM, so this is all good timing. I'm going to check it out right now actually, I'll let you know what I think.....

Let us know. it looked super clean inside and out.

By the way, the white LX is the best cruiser money can buy. I may be a bit bias though.

Yup, that's about exactly what I'd do to it too... 33s, ARB, winch, sliders. We shall see what I find here...

You boys just need to stop. That rig ALMOST looks Baja worthy.

Pappy is beginning to see the light apparently......

So went and looked at the LX470. It is a super clean car, just a few rock ships and minor bumper thing, that was it. Interior was clean to no rips just basic small stuff. Engine bay was miraculous, looked brand new somehow. Drove great too, lots of power, good brakes, etc. Downsides are needs new tires soon, cracks in windshield, and steering wheel was offsenter a few degrees, all mostly minor stuff I'm thinking. Maybe I'm strange but the all-white LX stock makes me think its a soccer mom mall crawler rather than truck, so I'm torn. I ended up walking away (banks closed on Sunday anyways) as he didn't want to move on the price as much as I was hoping, so I'll sleep on it.

He won't move on it if he's smart. I would be amazed if it lasts till the end of this week at how it's priced.

03 has vgrs so you should be able to correct the wheel by unplugging the battery then driving straight for a few hundred feet. Windshield could probably be replaced through insurance and tires... Well more of an excuse to get some all terrains under it.

All stock LX's scream soccer mom. You can change that with some bumpers and tires though.

Let me just throw this out there because I would have rathered the Toyota bage too, but with the Lexus you get:

Better sound system (can't be changed in 03+)
Thinker glass aka less road noise
Better leather
Side impact air bags
Downward tilting mirrors when in reverse
And Rain sensing wipers

I think that's it, but there might be more.

I found LX's were typically better maintained too.

Buying a used rich soccer mom's car is the best way to go. Their rich hubby was willing to pay for top-tier preventative maintenance and the truck saw very light duty. I got my '99 LC from a rich soccer mom in Tucson. It served 10 years of very light duty hauling kids and dogs around town and the owner had never operated it in low range and never switched on the rear locker (which took a while to finally engage when I test drove it). It had always been garaged and only had 92K miles on it.
