2 knuckles, 2 arms, and all studs and nuts to connect them.Nice and that includes two knuckles and 2 arms? Are these tapered for 80 tie rod ends?
Is there an option for right hand drive steering arms? I know there are lots of these up here in Canada and not to mention around the world.

the only option at this time for rod ends are heims with 5/8" bolts due to the design. some will need the rods under the arm, some over the arm. with tapered holes you get only one option. some day we might do a run of tapered arms and see how they sell.
from my personal experience i've had better luck with heims than the 80 TRE's. but like i said, if there's enough demand i'll do a run of tapered arms.![]()
why do thousands of hardcore v-8 buggies and full size trucks with dana 60s or rockwells run heims in single shear with 44" and larger tires? it must be a REALLY bad idea for them.Heim joints are not really a good choice for a single sheer application

no worries, there's a lot of he said she said info out there. i have heard of 5/8" grade 8 bolts bending or breaking on single shear steering set-ups too. they're few and far between, and they break or bend for the most part due to not being properly tightened. this is the main reason steering studs break too. when they're tight they work just fine, and when they're loose they break pretty easy. i've been flogging toyotas since '03 and all have had single shear heim steering, and i've never had a failure. this does not mean that a 5/8" bolt will never break, hell, anything can break if pushed beyond it's limits. it happens all the time in this sport.I gues maybe it has something to do with the size of the Heim maybe I dont know
But a friend of mine has sheered 2 on his heep and another friend sheered one on his yota
Hey its all good I am just going by what I have seen thats all.
You probably know better than me since this is what you do
i could do that but new flats would need to be cut into the arms for the proper angle. that would be a lot of work. i think there will be enough demand for this, therefore tapered arms will be in the works soon. just how soon they will be available i can not say just yet.Wow. Congrats.
Can you get the steering arms without the drillings? It should be fairly easy to drill them for GM 1 ton tapers or anything else.
