Looks Great Aaron! I like the look of the silver wheels too.
For low range I think the best route would be to do the NP203 to splitcase. I know you said you want the least amount of work but unless you want to drop some serious coin on Mark's gears (and have less reduction) any road you take will be work. You could also go ORION or ATLAS if you don't have room for the 203. If you go ORION or ATLAS Sell the splitcase adaptor & splitcase to get some cash for that conversion. Have you already re-geared the axles? Maybe that would get you enough low range.
