Yessir, I suppose an update is due. I pulled the gearbox off and sent it to West Texas Off Road for a rebuild. Pretty impressed - looked brand new upon return and had no issues getting it re-installed. I decided not to touch the PS pump at all for now.

All is running great. I highly recommend West Texas Off Road - fast turnaround and affordable.
