Simple question... How do I get it off without destroying it? I looked everywhere for similar questions asked. Couldn't find any, so guess I'm an idiot. I'm afraid of just pulling it out even though I assume it's snapped on to the door.

The FSM doesn't say anything about the master power window switch. It only shows how to dismantle the door with the manual window operating handle.

Responses appreciated, thanks a lot guys.

IIRCC the entire door panel needs to be removed and you access the entire switch panel from the inside/backside.

Yes,
Take the door panel off. Remove the screw that hold the grey housing for the door handle and slide it over the handle. Remove 2 crews that hold the arm rest in place and the GENTLY start popping the the door panel off. It helps if you have an upholstery tool for this but you can you your fingers and a large flat head screw driver. You will then lift the door panel up and over the door lock plunger. Once you do that, rich behind and unplug the electrical connections. At that point, removing the master switch will be easy. I would not try to do it without removing the panel, you will destroy it.

Hey guys, thanks for the replies! I took the door apart like you very thoroughly described. Thanks @fnpierce and @3_puppies and @86aggie. It was quite easy to access it once the plastic around the handle and the arm bar was off.

So the problem is, that my "window lock" button is broken. The guy that I bought the car from gave me a new button that I could install. But as I took the door apart, I discovered that the tiny metal flipper that is on the backside of the button is gone too. I probably won't have any luck finding a such one, so guess I'll make it myself. Does anyone have a picture of it?
