Very nice and thanks for not price gouging the hell out of it. I'd love to see something like this for a 70 series.

I wonder how the manual 60 version would fit? @bottombracket check it out.
Me too!
@davegonz - did you ever get one to try. My BJ73 appears to have all the same measurements as your 70 series but the parking brake is on the opposite side.

I think the width is G2G for my RHD BJ73 but it may hit the parking brake handle.
What is this dimension?

And what is the depth of the cup holder?

I did not.

It's just a hair under 6" where you have your line. The distance from the top surface to the bottom surface of the cup holder is 2-3/8" deep. It typically sits just above the carpet.

BTW - I only have 1 manual transmission center console available right now.

Ordered.
I will post pics in my 1988 RHD BJ73 so you can see fitment.

The only spot that sorta doesn't touch is each sides toward the back. I figure I will just attach it level and put some thick shims in this areas. (Bottom right in the pic)

My idea for a mounting solutionrather than drilling holes is to 3D print some round pogs with a hole in the center for a machine screw and nut to attach to the console and then the pogs will each have several small sharp plastic teeth that will just grip the carpet with the flex strength of the molle sides. This way the two towards the rear can sorta be shimmed to work in concert with the front four and keep the console relatively level. As it sits now it sort of tilts rearward. Alternatively 6 sheet metal screws of proper lengths through speed nuts could also work.

But it does fit well with no clearance issues. The only thing I was a little concerned with was the e-brake handle and that is a none issue. Plenty of room.

It was packed very well and arrived via UPS. A nicely built product and I am happy to toss my old crappy plastic cup holder in the trash. I plan on adding a small rectangular plastic cup with some good magnets to the flat area on the left side to hold change and a pen or whatever. Maybe I can get someone to 3D print something I can stick magnets to the bottom of that will be useful for right there. Future mods to this console could actually include a cutout and small change cubby right there since there is plenty of room.

Thanks for the nice addition to the BJ!

Looks good. You could use some wood screws through the holes to engage the carpet while not going through the floor. Kinda like spikes on golfing shoes.
Yep. That is what I was trying to describe with sheetmetal screws and speed nuts. But I think some 3D printed discs with spikes would be pretty good if I can talk someone into designing and printing them for me.
Also, making it removable allows one to vacuum under it - if that is your thing.

@Hugh Heifer Nice! Thanks for posting! A few other options/ideas - The bracket is made from 5052 AL and can be bent by hand or you can use a hard surface/edge like the edge of a table to manipulate the side panels (put a towel down to preserve the powder coat finish). You couldf taper the sides so they grip along the rear. I like your 3D print grip feet idea! I wonder if you could just use those replaceable plastic golf cleats? Lastly - the bracket is aluminum so magnets will not stick to it if you were planning on attaching the above box/holder you have pictured. It is easy to drill so you could attach via screws. You'll need to check clearance for the gear shifter. I moved the cup holder to the right so you can put larger/taller cups in the holders (I usually carry my Yeti insulated thermos in one of the positions). That actually works well for you since your RHD.

I'm currently out of stock for these center consoles but I'm hoping to free up time to do a slight redesign and get more produced. If interested, sign up for the waitlist on my WEBSITE to get updates on when they become available again! @Bisonthecruiser Sorry for the late reply to your pictures - fell through the cracks. I'm still looking for a 80 series local to me (I'm in a rural area in north central Washington) to get a scan of the center console area. However, I typically try to make parts that no one else offers but there is a company out of Boise, Idaho that makes what I think your looking for. You might go check out what @Delta VS has to offer!

Silly me! I did not check.and assumed it was steel. When my buddy finished the console I will figure its best location and screw it down.
