Yeah, just the driver's side is still available I think.
I may have hot the last Gray OEM passenger side left in NA From Beno...summer of 2014 I think it was. I replaced both front with OEM then and found out that one's I had were fine once I cleaned out gum wrappers dog hair and other assorted previous owner scum. Then I followed the rushing turtle thread for converting to 3 point retracting belts vs lap belt only. My install there was different a bit due to having waggongear side panels.

Bummer! I must have missed them by a year or so. Oh well, I found a work around that I will post about tomorrow... :) I want a 3-point system in the back and I may go the non-retractable Toyota option.

I was riding with my son in his '93 4-Runner a couple of days ago and noticed the front seat belts look like they'd work fine in my FJ60. Same grey color and all, with the button on the top of the stalk. Has anyone done this or know if it's been done?

Just purchased an '87 FJ60 and new to the forum. Thinking of pulling out the seat belts and replacing - they are a bit frayed and I'll occasionally be putting kids in the car in 5-point seats. Any suggestions on best options for front and rear. Seems like Toyota has discontinued making replacements?

Thanks.

To me, I wouldn't go with the used retractable seat belts, as it is all about safety. OE ones will also break the bank. So here's what I would suggest: get a good aftermarket seat belt (I assume, 90' will do that) and get a new part that will last. I like these universal belts (as mounting is usually the same all around: Seat Belts - CARiD.com) and they are pretty much affordable, not like those $100 from the dealer someone mentioned.
