FJ60 Bull Bar/Bumper/Rack questions

Does anyone know where I can get some general light guards I could weld in place to my existing bumper? I think this bumper was designed for a different vehicle or it was custom built. Regardless, the outer parts block my lights. I’ll be grinding this section off soon and would like to weld a 3-4 bar designed part on each side that wraps around to the corner lights. Maybe where I can tack on some mesh for further coverage. Thoughts?

When I built my front bumper I had MetalTech4x4 bend the hoops for me. They were simple shapes (2 90deg and 1 180deg) and I cut to length on the ends that welded to the bumper. They are in Oregon and me in California, so it was all done by phone/email. Or find a fabricator local to you.
What you show in your 2nd picture have the nickname "damage multipliers". The long unsupported wing will bend under impact and damage will be translated to other parts of your car not directly in the impact zone. Of course you can use stronger materials than used on the mall-grade fashion bars, but you also have to consider the weakest point. So take that into consideration when designing your modification.
