Could of used you yesterday Rob, well I'll be at the shop till 5 today if you want to come down. Just have to reinstall it now.

So I spent this weekend swapping in a newer engine. Got it in and running now. Just have to wire up the EDIC and change the throttle setup, also change my new rocker arm and rockers. So here are some pics of the gasket matching I did to the exhaust side.

The next one is of the line lock I put in for a temporary ebrake, this will get change for a drum or disk one down the road.

So I got my second engine in. Been running it up and down all week. Tomorrow I will flush the oil and put my good rockers and shaft in. So what I did to make the EDIC work was swap the motor with a 12V one and 12 Regulator, hooked up the three wires and it was all good. Well almost had to adjust the motor some but it was a learning experience.

So it was as easy as you thought it would be, only thing you prolly do not have is overinjection?

So I finally got off my butt this weekend and did something. So I swapped my master cylinder to an 80 series aluminum one, this helps in many ways. Primary cause my old one was failing, second the length of protrusion goes from 8 3/4 to 6 1/4, plus a bigger bore 1". The second thing is my block heater plug.

I cant believe you aren't climbing the walls with anticipation of wheeling that thing.... so many new goodies to try.

Jaybob thought it funny when I wanted out of the cruiser while side hilling quite high up on a bank, possible couple roll overs with no roll bar = pucker factor

That never works for me. I do it, and it SEEMS to work, but when you go back to the forum index and look it doesn't change.
