So after watching so many people doing stuff to there cruiser I finally got off my butt. Kinda working on 2 projects at the same time, 1 is the rear bumper and the second is a new soft top bow system.
Here are some pics of the bumper, in the second pic you may see the hole where I'll attach the air line to, so my front and rear bumpers will be both air tanks. Just need to get or find a 1.75" tube bending die so I can start the tire carrier, it is going to be the fold down stinger style.

Now for some pics of the bows. On the last run I broke one of the bows again, so I thought this time I would make them stronger and also lower the main hoop a couple inches to try and prevent it from getting hung up. 1st pics are of the old ones.

Right on man! looks good and strong although next time you and I go wheeling lets not put the weight of the entire cruiser on top of them again! (if you know what I mean) LOL.

So, picked up the 1.75" die today and did some work on the tire carrier, here is a pic.
